VILLA SERENIDAD

Description

Villa Serenidad is an old Andalusian mansion, which recently was refurbished to highest standards. The elevated 2500sqm plot provides a lot of privacy and a stunning 180 degrees view from the mountains to the sea.

On bright days you can even spot the African coastline. Serenidad is tastefully furnished and decorated in a modern style.

Underfloor heating and two fireplaces heat the Villa on rare cooler days, while air condition cools down the house during summer. Solar panels for heating of water and photovoltaic for electricity help saving energy. An alarm system connected to a security company guarantees safety for a relaxing vacation.

Behind an old Andalusian wooden door you enter a 7 meters high entrance hall, a nice cool place on hot summer days. On the left you find a large kitchen with access to one of the terraces. Straight ahead you come to the living room with fireplace and exit to the main terrace. On the right there is a guest bathroom and a long floor leading to the master bedroom (bedroom 1) with en-suite bathroom and bedroom 2 with private bath.

On the upper floor you have bedrooms 3 and 4 sharing one bathroom. The basement is on the garden & pool level, where you have a large gaming room, a bathroom, the gym and the laundry.
